Syphilis is a disease caused by Spirochete bacterium called treponema pallidum (TP). Multiple clinical stages and long periods of latent,asymptomatic infection are characteristic of Syphilis. Usage:

•1 Remove the test strip from its protective pouch.

•2 Place the strip on a clean and flat surface .Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 1 drop of whole blood/serum/plasma to the sample pay of the test strip , and then hold the buffer bottle bottle vertically and add 1 drop of chasing buffer and start the time .

•3 Wait for colored lines to appear within 10-20 minutes.Do not interpret result after 20 minutes.

NOTE: Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure.
